# Patch the case prescriptions of a case

Replaces the case's entire prescription list in one call: existing prescriptions are cancelled and deleted, then the submitted prescriptions are created in their place. Offerings that cannot be added to the case (for example, a controlled substance the patient's state disallows) are skipped and the case is tagged accordingly, and the case's additional-approval flag and pricing tier are recalculated based on the new set.
