# Sandbox & Testing Issues

Use these answers to resolve common Sandbox and testing issues.

Check each verification item individually. The most commonly missed items are:

* Driver's license
* Intake questions
* Chargeable flag

Search for the Encounter in Sandbox using its Encounter ID.

<summary>My Sandbox webhook is not receiving events</summary>

Confirm that the webhook is configured for **Sandbox**. Sandbox and Live use separate webhook configurations.

<summary>I mixed up my Sandbox and Live credentials</summary>

Credentials are locked to the environment selected at creation. They cannot be switched.

Use the credential for the environment you are testing.

<summary>I am unsure whether this is a bug or an onboarding gap</summary>

Use the **Test Checker** tool to validate a complete Live end-to-end flow.

Raise a bug only after the flow has been validated.
